  The meeting is at 12:15PM. (If you get there before noon - it will be
  closed, they cannot let you in by state laws)
  Please use Google, Mapquest, or your GPS to get directions.
  
  There will be pizza for all who attend, but any drinks are your
  responsibility. I would like to limit the number of attendees to TWO (2)
  per club / race teams. Remember to pay your 2010 NAMBA dues and 2010
  club dues. I will not take payment for your dues that day, or any day,
  nor will I take the club dues. Go to the NAMBA website to print out the
  forms you need for hosting a race. If you don't have the blank forms, &
  payment, you cannot hold a race. Do not bring boats to the tavern or
  anything other than your appropriate paperwork.
  
  We will go over the race schedule, the motions, old business, new
  business and district finances. For those that would like to sponsor any
  classes for 2009, please let me know as soon as possible. Currently,
  Scale, CX Mono, FE & G1 Sport Hydro are the only classes sponsored. The
  cost is $100 per class. Just send me an email at
  david.rychalsky@rdm-engineering.com to let me know which class your club
  may want, and we can square away at the banquet on the 10th.
